COFFEE CART
A$10,000 plus GST

An espresso coffee service cart will be available as an additional service to the delegates. This cart is manned by professional baristas for both days of the conference. The coffee cart is situated in the main exhibition area. The coffee cart can be branded with your logos and signage*.
 
WIRELESS SPONSORSHIP
A$8,000 plus GST

This includes complimentary wireless internet coverage throughout the Exhibition area. The Exhibition area can be branded with your logos and signage* and acknowledgement given during the conference that the complimentary wireless coverage has been kindly donated by your company. Thus ensuring that all conference visitors are aware of the coverage and your company name is associated with this complimentary service.

SATCHEL INSERTS
A$600 plus GST per insert

Promotional material about your company and products may be inserted in the satchel. Each insert must be no more than two x A4 sheets of paper. An A3 sheet folded is acceptable.
 
CONFERENCE COCKTAIL PARTY
A$20,000 plus GST
  • Exclusive sponsorship and naming rights to the Cocktail Party
  • Corporate banner* displayed at the Conference Cocktail Party
  • Opportunity for a five minute address to guests
  • Promotion as the Cocktail Party sponsor in the programme, along with a company description
  • Promotion as a major Sponsor in publications
  • Inclusion of one piece of written information/merchandise in conference satchels
  • Two complimentary full registrations including attendance at the Conference Welcome Reception and Cocktail Party
SPONSOR BANNER
A$1,000 plus GST

Provide us with your banner* displaying your company logo or slogan for our conference. Banners will be strategically placed throughout the venue. Please note that there is a limit of one banner per company.

VENDOR DEMONSTRATION
A$5,000 plus GST

This is your opportunity to educate attendees about your products and services through a forty-five minute focused and highly informative presentation within our Breakout Sessions. We request that a customer leads this presentation in partnership with your representative to provide a Case Study.
