We invite you to exhibit at InSync10. Participation as an exhibitor is available to Vendor Members of Quest Australia & New Zealand, AUSOUG, OAUG, Partners of Oracle and other approved organisations with products and services that are complementary to the products of Oracle.

The Conference

This event provides you with a remarkable opportunity to reach several hundred "user" professionals who are highly invested in the Oracle Applications suite of products and services. These professionals also play a significant role in their companies' purchasing decisions, creating the arena of a powerful marketing impact for you. The programme is being designed to provide superlative education and networking opportunities.

The award-winning
Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) is the largest and most versatile convention and exhibition space in the Southern Hemisphere. Superbly located right in the heart of Melbourne, the MCEC is easily accessible from every direction by foot, car or public transport, and is surrounded by cafes, bars, shopping and fine restaurants.

Setting new world benchmarks as the first convention centre to be awarded a "6 Star Green Star" environmental rating by the Green Building Council of Australia, the centre is also raising standards to new heights in innovation, technology, imaginative catering and service options.

Each booth includes:
  • Velcro compatible side walls (2.4m high)
  • Company name on fascia with up to 25 letters (corner booths x 2 fascias)
  • Two (2) x 150 watt spotlights (One (1) x 150 watt spotlight for Mini booths)
  • One (1) x 4 amp power point outlet (per booth)
     
     
  • Static display does not include walls, fascia, nor electricity
     
     
  • Exhibitor logo published on InSync10 website Exhibitors page with link to Exhibitor's website. (Reciprocal link from sponsor's website to InSync10 website)

Exhibitor Staff

For our 2010 Conference, an exhibitor will be entitled to have 2 staff in attendance at a Mini, Standard, and Standard-Plus booth. Double booth exhibitors are entitled to 5 staff in attendance. Static Display exhibitors are entitled to 1 staff in attendance. This includes attendance to sessions, the Welcome Reception and the Cocktail Party. No additional exhibitor staff will be permitted except with payment of a "Vendor Extra Person" fee of A$1,395.

Booking & Payment

Booths will be allocated strictly in order of receipt of application forms accompanied by deposit of 20% of the total amount payable. Application forms returned without deposit will not be confirmed until deposit is received. Payment can be made by cheque payable to "InSync10" or by credit card, sent with a completed application form to the Conference Secretariat.

A comprehensive Exhibition Manual with further details and the necessary order forms will be forwarded approximately 7 weeks prior to the event.

(Quest Only) Vendor Membership

We strongly recommend that you consider becoming a Vendor Member and enjoy not only the financial benefits but also other services and facilities. An exhibitor who is paying the "non-member" price for a booth is automatically given membership to the Quest Australia & New Zealand Users Group for the remainder of 2010.

Preliminary Vendor Showcase Timetable

Monday 16 August
8:00am - 5:15pm InSync10 Conference and Exhibition.

Tuesday 17 August
8:30am - 4:30 pm Exhibitor Showcase open to delegates

The Welcome Reception, tea breaks and lunches will be staged within the Exhibitor Showcase to ensure a maximum number of opportunities to have contact between conference delegates and exhibitors.

Prize Promotions

A vendor may wish to offer a competition to conference participants. Obtaining the necessary licenses from local authorities is that vendor's responsibility. These prizes may be presented by your representative, in conjunction with an InSync10 representative during the course of the delegates afternoon tea on 17 August 2010.
